Tide in Texas is the University of Alabama’s local alumni association serving more than 1,000 alumni and friends throughout North Texas.

Our chapter supports the University by assisting with the recruitment of Texas students and building scholarships to attract the best students from North Texas high schools.

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for Alabama alumni, family, and friends to meet one another,

to promote fellowship and build awareness of the University of Alabama throughout North Texas.

We hope to accomplish this through our various meetings, social events and sports viewing parties.
